Leadership coaching is about forming a partnership—founded on empathy and trust—to help navigate the uncertainty of a leader's journey. Just like skilled aviators learn to trust their instruments during a challenging flight, executive leadership coaching is about making sense of the difficulties that leading introduces.

The work is done through thought provoking and deeply introspective conversations and exercises. Essential to this partnership is the willingness to embrace vulnerability and commit to continuous growth by "maintaining glideslope"—recognizing that unlocking one's full leadership potential is more about the journey than the destination.

Justin "lap dog" jackson

Justin is an experienced leadership coach committed to making a difference in the world, beginning with influential leaders in positions to affect change. His diverse professional background includes co-founding several startups in the non-profit and security sectors, and leading in various marketing, operations, and analytics roles. Additionally, he is a 24-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Formerly an AH-1W/Z pilot with over 1100 combat flight hours, Justin has traded his love for the skies for the passion to support transformational change for those who heed the call to lead.
